  2. Use ADHD to your advantage: Most of the time, people with ADHD are innovative thinkers and good problem solvers. These are good qualities for excelling in high-pressure environments. Just learn to stay calm and use these qualities to work in your favour by not getting overwhelmed.
  3. Divide Tasks: A recurring issue for anyone with ADHD is feeling overwhelmed when something significant is presented to them. It’s a good idea to divide the work into smaller tasks and examine each individually. This will help the person concentrate on one task and not feel overwhelmed.
  4. Managing time: Efficient time management is essential to sustaining productivity in high-pressure work environments. Taking short breaks between tasks and following the Pomodoro Technique often helps to keep focus.
  5. There is no harm in seeking external help. Ask for help if you think you need help managing it. You could convey that the target time to finish the task is tricky or respectfully convey your opinions and feelings.
